How to Crawl

The 2017 Sacramento Archives Crawl will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 7.  Here is everything you'll need to get started:

Where to Begin

You can begin at any one of our four host locations, where you will pick up your passport:

California State Archives (1020 O Street)
California State Library (900 N Street)
Center for Sacramento History (551 Sequoia Pacific Blvd)
Sacramento Public Library (Tsakopoulos Library Galleria, Central Library, 828 I Street)

How to Get Around
Whether you decide to make your way between sites by foot, bike, car or shuttle (or some combination thereof), we have you covered.  Parking and shuttle options can be found here: Transportation and Parking Options

How to Take Part in the Scavenger Hunt
This year we will once again be offering a scavenger hunt for students in grades K-12 and adults, thanks to Yellow Cab of Sacramento.  Your passport will include the hunt questions and instructions. Nine winners will take home a Samsung Tab 4 Nook.
